Our Pasture-Raised Eggs come from hens that live outdoors year-round, on rotated pasture at Quantum Farm. Raised under the sun and on real earth, these birds are free to forage, scratch, and roam expressing their natural behaviors and producing eggs that reflect the health of the land they live on.

Inspired by traditional small-farm practices, our hens are fed a non-GMO ration designed to complement what they find in the pasture: wild greens, insects, seeds, and roots. This balance of feed and forage results in eggs that are richer in nutrients, with vibrant orange yolks and firm, flavorful whites that hold together beautifully when cooked.

Each dozen represents more than just breakfast—it reflects a commitment to animal welfare, soil health, and independence from the industrial egg supply chain. Our pasture-raised model rejects confinement in favor of mobility, sunlight, and regenerative impact.
