We will be in contact the week before processing to arrange details. You can pick up fresh the day after processing or frozen throughout the next week. Note that all fresh pickups will be at the farm and will be on the day after processing (Mondays) with no exceptions.

Our Cornish Cross chickens are a premium, pasture-raised option for customers looking for a familiar, hearty bird, comparable in size and texture to conventional supermarket chicken, but raised in a truly regenerative, humane, and sustainable way.

This breed is a hyper-selective, fast-growing bird, traditionally used in commercial production. At Quantum Farm, we raise them with a much different philosophy. Instead of industrial confinement, our birds live outdoors on rotated pasture, where they have ample space to roam, forage, scratch, and sunbathe. They're moved regularly to fresh pasture to encourage natural behaviors and to rebuild soil health as part of our regenerative farming approach.

We feed them non-GMO, BC-grown feed from trusted sources, without any antibiotics or growth hormones. The result is a bird that reaches a generous size naturally and ethically, perfect for family meals or those wanting a whole chicken that delivers both flavor and value.

These birds are processed only when they reach proper size and condition, not according to arbitrary schedules. That means more time and care go into each chicken we raise, producing meat that is not only clean and nutrient-rich, but raised with the highest standards of transparency and welfare.
